Connecting the Dots. Building Stronger Communities. Sharing the Hope of Christ.
Jesus Connecting the Dots exists to build lasting relationships with underserved communities in the Philippines and help connect people with the resources, opportunities, and support they need to move forward.
Our vision is not simply to arrive, meet an immediate need, and leave. We want to walk alongside communities for the long term—learning what they need, recognizing the strengths they already have, and helping connect the pieces that can create lasting change.
Sometimes that connection is a meal for a hungry student. Sometimes it is a pair of glasses that allows a child to see the classroom. It may be medical care, clean water, education, a safer home, livelihood training, agricultural support, or transportation to a hospital.
And sometimes the greatest need is simply knowing that someone cares.
More Than Relief
There will always be times when immediate help is necessary. When a family is hungry, we feed them. When someone is sick, we help them reach care. When disaster or hardship comes, we want food and supplies ready to respond.
But our vision goes further.
We want to help create opportunities that allow individuals and communities to become stronger and increasingly able to help themselves and others. That means investing in education, skills, agriculture, livelihood, health, leadership, and local partnerships rather than creating dependence.
Our goal isn't to do everything ourselves.
Our goal is to connect the dots.
Train • Shepherd • Witness
These three words guide our vision.
TRAIN — Equip people with knowledge, skills, education, and opportunities that can continue long after we are gone.
SHEPHERD — Build relationships. Listen. Encourage. Walk alongside people through both struggles and successes.
WITNESS — Share the love and hope of Jesus Christ through our words, our actions, and the way we serve.
Our vision is simple:
Meet people where they are.
Walk beside them.
Help create opportunities for a better future.
And through everything we do, point people toward Jesus Christ.
